I am a Hertfordshire based level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with over 15 years experience within the fitness industry.
I played professional football at a young age and was at the centre of excellence at Chelsea and later, Fulham. I then went on to compete as a natural bodybuilder with the BNBF.
For the past 8 years or so I have been competing on and off in other (functional) fitness competitions and am now dedicated to pushing my clients to unlocking their full potential.
My styles of training consists of strength and conditioning. Olympic weightlifting, HIIT, Bodybuilding and anything functional based.
I also offer personalised training plans: take the thinking out of training and get results!
Im also a CrossFit level 1 certificate holder.

I run Lottiesyoga to share my passion of Hatha yoga and run classes which are available to everyone, I am willing to come to your home, I have space for 1 to 1 classes at my house and also have class times and park yoga availability.
